Delivery times for test results

Standard Delivery: The samples must be sent directly to our laboratory in Bergen for processing. 3 working days after the samples have been received.

Urgent Analysis – Next Working Day: The samples must be sent directly to our laboratory in Bergen for processing. The samples must have been received by the laboratory before 12:00 the day before. The samples must have been registered electronically in the PHARMAQ customer portal before shipment.

Urgent Analysis – Same Working day: The samples must be sent directly to our laboratory in Bergen for processing. PHARMAQ Analytiq must have been notified of and agreed to the test no later than 12:00 on the day before testing. The samples must be received by the laboratory before 09:00 on the test day. All samples must be registered electronically in the PHARMAQ customer portal before shipment.

Histopathology

Standard Delivery: 5 working days after the samples have been received.

Urgent Analysis – 3 Working Days: The samples must be sent directly to our laboratory in Oslo for processing. The samples must have been registered electronically in the PHARMAQ customer portal before shipment.

Urgent Analysis – 24 hours: The samples must be sent directly to our laboratory in Oslo for processing. PHARMAQ Analytiq must have been notified of and agreed to the test no later than 12:00 on the day before we receive the sample. All samples must be registered electronically in the PHARMAQ customer portal before shipment.

Microbiology

Estimated delivery time will depend on the growth rate of the bacteria.
