Bernt Martinsen appointed as new Senior Vice President of PHARMAQ

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bernt Martinsen as the new Senior Vice President of PHARMAQ part of Zoetis and recognizing Morten Nordstad for his outstanding years of service. Bernt Martinsen starts in his new position on the 1^st of November 2021 and continue to be based in PHARMAQ head office in Oslo, Norway.

The Senior Vice President of PHARMAQ will continue the focus on developing and delivering innovative fish health solutions to the aquaculture industry. This includes PHARMAQ fish vaccines and therapeutics, PHARMAQ Fishteq vaccination machines and services, and PHARMAQ Analytiq diagnostic, research and analytical services.

Bernt Martinsen is a graduated veterinarian from the Norwegian College of Veterinary Science and has more than 25 years of experience in the aquaculture industry. He holds a PhD in Therapeutics for fish. He is recognized for his scientific expertise and customer focus and having contributed to advancing care in fish health and welfare all along his career. Bernt’s experience spanned overseeing a diverse set of markets and he has been working in different positions from R&D, Clinical development and Sales.
