Senior Technical Manager, Outcomes Research

We are expanding our Outcomes Research team and are now looking for a Senior Technical Manager. In this role, you will get a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds within our global scientific teams, as well as with external partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Global responsibility for benchmarking and obtaining knowledge of approved PHARMAQ vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostic tools in field and laboratory trials
  • Conduct, lead, analyze, report and present clinical studies or other relevant research
  • Global responsibility for collaborative projects internal and with customers, universities and other R&D institutions
  • Write publications and give scientific presentations

As a Senior Technical Manager in Outcomes Research you must be a team player able to work independently, structured, targeted and with a high degree of execution ability. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum master’s degree or equivalent in fish health/veterinary medicine, but applicants with other relevant natural science backgrounds will also be assessed
    Relevant experience with clinical fish trials, in fields and laboratories
    Fluent Norwegian and English skills, both written and oral

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of practical fish production
  • Experience with scientific presentations, in international journals and at conferences
  • Good statistical knowledge
  • Great communication skills and ability to build relationships
